  • I do not think my points are being totaled correctly.
    An item you that you purchased might be excluded from the program and not eligible to receive points. If you feel that there has been an error, email ryan@mccollumhardware.com and provide a copy of your receipt. Please allow 5 to 10 business days.
  • Do I need a membership card?
    No, you may provide your phone number at checkout. If you are a qualified customer with a charge account, your points will be automatically applied.
  • How many points do I need to earn an award?
    You will receive a $5 certificate for every 250 points earned to be used on your next visit!
  • Can I redeem my points for cash?
    No, there will no cash refunds and no points earned when redeeming Keep It Local Rewards certificates.
  • Can I use these rewards at another store?
    No, the Keep It Local Rewards program is exclusive to McCollum Hardware in Ada, MN.
  • I did not receive my $5 certificate when I signed up.
    Check the spam or junk folder in your email. You will receive a postcard in the mail if you signed up in store and did not provide an email or did not give permission to be emailed.
  • How will I receive my certificates?
    You will receive an email notification from noreply@email.myrepeatrewards.com. Please print the certificate to redeem at checkout or provide the certificate number. If no email is assigned to your account, you will receive a postcard in the mail.
  • I forgot my account information.

  • How do I see how many points I have?
    Visit the log in page on mccollumhardware.com to view current point balance, recent purchases, certificates issues, and redeemed.
  • Do points expire?
    No, earned points will be carried over annually and will remain active for the length of the program.
  • Do point certificates expire?
    Yes, point certificates expire one year after issue.

  • Store employees, corporations, and institutional accounts are not eligible for membership.

  • To earn points, you must present your rewards number or card each time you make a purchase.

  • Receive a $5 certificate upon signing up. Expires after 30 days.

  • A point will be awarded for each dollar spent on the purchase of merchandise.

  • Receive a $5 certificate for every 250 points earned to be used on your next visit!

  • Point certificates expire one year after issue.

  • There will be no cash refunds and no points earned when redeeming Keep It Local Rewards certificates.

  • Rewards certificates are non-transferable.

  • Earned points will be carried over annually and will remain active for the length of the program.

  • McCollum Hardware will not sell or rent your name, address, or personal information to any other company or organization.

  • McCollum Hardware reserves the right to cancel the Keep It Local Rewards program at any time.

  • McCollum Hardware reserves the right to remove select merchandise from the program without notice to its members.

  • You are responsible for keeping your personal information updated regarding any changes to your name, address, etc. Your rewards may be delayed or unable to be sent.

  • If you forget to request your transaction to be recorded at the time of purchase, save your receipt, and present it the next time you visit. Your account will be credited at that time. Please allow 5 to 10 business days.

  • Joining Keep It Local Rewards constitutes your permission for McCollum Hardware to contact you via email, email, or phone for various updates and notices related to your membership.

  • Visit mccollumhardware.com to view the current point balance, recent purchases, certificate issues, and redemption.

  • Excluded products include but are not limited to Appliances, Miscellaneous, M99, American Welding, Gift Certificates, Rental, Hazmat, Husqvarna, Labor, Unknown (freight), Service Charge Fee, Core Charge (paint care fee)
